NYC NAF is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders, innovators, and professionals. Our mission is to equip students with the skills, experiences, and opportunities they need to thrive in the workforce and become active contributors to their communities.

​THE IMPACT OF OUR WORK IS CLEAR:

• In 2022-2023, our 18 NYC academies achieved a remarkable 100% graduation rate, with 94% of students college bound.

• Over three-fourths of our students come from low-income communities, facing significant challenges both in and out of the classroom.

• 69% of our high school students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, and 19% are English Language Learners.
